Cancellation policy for the course:

1. 50% payment needs to be made at the time of the booking. You can choose to pay the full amount as well. This ensures you the next available slot. 

2. 100% amount needs to be paid 3 days before the class.

4. In case of cancellation/rescheduling. If the class is cancelled within 3 days of payment, full amount will be refunded. Post that 50% amount will be refunded, however no amount would be refunded in case the class is cancelled after a week of scheduling.

Rescheduling will be considered in certain cases for a legitimate reason. And will be allowed only once.

Post that, a new booking needs to be made.

 

 

With respect to sessions:

- Full amount needs to be paid in advance

- In cases where client agrees to a time and doesn’t show up, 50% additional amount needs to be given to reschedule a session.

 

Please note that we are very flexible in our timings to accommodate sessions as per the client’s needs. However, we don’t appreciate a no show after agreeing to mutually convenient time.
